Since 2005, Chris Houk has focused on defending the rights of Arizona’s workers, managers, and employers. From small town discrimination cases all the way to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Chris has fought time and again to make sure that you are treated fairly–with the dignity and respect you deserve.

Chris has worked for the Civil Rights Division of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission ( EEOC ), giving him unique insight into Arizona laws and regulations.

Chris, his wife, and three children are active members of the Arizona and Metro Phoenix communities.

Chris serves on the Human Relations and Compensation Committee of the National Board of United Cerebral Palsy, the Diocese of Phoenix Finance Council, the board of the Arizona Employment Lawyers Association, the Ethics & Sanctions Committee of the National Employment Lawyers Association, is active with the Labor and Employment Section of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Arizona’s Labor and Employment Section, and is a Fellow with the American Bar Foundation.
