Harassment

Slurs, jokes, touching, threats, stalking based on gender, race, national origin, color, disability, sexual orientation, religion, age (40 or older), and genetic information are among the acts that may constitute an unlawful hostile work environment. Employers must keep the workplace free of harassment and retaliation.

Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

Employers have a responsibility to keep the work environment free of harassment and not to retaliate against employees who report discrimination or harassment.

I believe my boss is subjecting me to a hostile work environment because of my race, gender, and sex. What should I do?
